Shipping
We offer free shipping for all standard packages. Most orders ship the next business day via UPS 6 Day Ground unless the package is too bulky for a flat-rate box. Please note, that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or US/Canada statutory holidays.
Currently, we only ship within the contiguous USA and Canada. If you are located outside these areas, please contact us at info@stonelitedesigns.com to arrange special shipping accommodations.
Return/Refund Policy
At StoneLite Designs we want you as our customer to love every product you order! We are committed to providing top-quality items and exceptional service to ensure your complete satisfaction. But we also know that sometimes returns are needed. Whether it's because the product didn't meet your expectations, or there was an issue with your order, we are here to help make the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a Material Return Ticket (MRT). All returns require an MTC, and items sent back without it may not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order total.
For an item to be eligible for a return, it must be in the same condition as it was received in, unused and undamaged, and in its original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, items must be adequately repackaged.
To request an MRT, email us at info@stonelitedesigns.com. Include your name, order number, and the reason for return. Once processed, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
After receiving and inspecting your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping charges and restocking fees.
Exchanges
We do not currently accept exchanges. To ensure you get the desired item, please return the unwanted item and make a separate purchase for the new one. We understand that this may be inconvenient, but it allows us to process your orders more efficiently and accurately, ensuring you receive exactly what you want.
Damaged Items
We always strive to deliver the highest quality items to our valued customers. If you ever receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email us at info@stonelitedesigns.com with your order number and a description of the damage. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items, colour or texture variations.
